Good
I liked the Hotel itself the reception manager and sarah were excellent lovely personality very welcoming ,Brought my cases to my Room .Great service and so helpful. Staff in dining excellent
Their was chefs one gentleman didn't get his name ,and another called Dora no personality what so ever .very piggy .no good morning .wouldn't even answer you all the others were lovely ,and smiling and happy at their work and would always greet you .

Bad food
The food was horrible really really bad and same as the drinks shouldn't have bothered with all inclusive, and beds were two single rather than one big double and I paid for deluxe premium double there was nothing deluxe about it, shower was decent tho

We were disappointed to arrive and find building work going on. The staff & cleaners worked well to keep everything in order, but there was a lot of dust & alot of noise as well during the day. Often staircases were closed. We were surprised that we were not offered alternative accommodation in one of the other Bluesea hotels

Pleasant
Lovely clean pools and plenty of pool beds
No air conditioning (told not turned on in winter !) so had to leave balcony door open during night and difficult to sleep with noise outside from bar area and early morning cleaners .Lots of renovations so bit dusty and long way to get to rooms
