We got a good deal as we went in February. Overall we had a lovely stay here but I think if we ever go back to Lanzarote

Property was big and good pool area. Unfortunately it was extremely windy whilst we were there so we were unable to make full use of the pool which was a shame. The dining hall was very big with plenty of seats and good selection of salads and meats and cheeses every day. Good range of activities throughout the day. Played Archery and Shooting with Tina who was great! Really made our stay :)

Could use a bigger bar area as only bar got very full and crowded at nights. The shower in our room was very low power and always soaked the floor as shower curtain not very good. Food and drinks included in the all inclusive was quite limited and got repetitive after a week.

Highly satisfied with beds and pillows I slept like baby. Overall the rooms were more than fine.

Overall the experience met my expectations, but regarding the food, there is definitely a space for improvement.

The hotel looks beautiful and nice., The pool was very nica also. Thee food was good.

I do not understood the hotel politic and was so disapointed. We stayed hear for five nights. And all the night , starting at the 22-23 o'clock in the hotel started to do reconstructions works. Sounds did not let us to speel at nights. Some loud knocking sounds all the night. But the most worst sound was drills sound. lets imaginate, you sleep in the night and in 3 o'clock at night starts very loud drill sound. And I am sure these sound were from the hotel.

looks great, no entertainment or edible food

Ok so to start with we never had high expectations as we got 5 days all inclusive including flights for £468 - we had read some negative reviews and were prepared for the worst however the hotel was very pleasant, staff on reception were polite, bar staff were friendly and the entertainers were nice enough although as it was out of season they were short of willing participants. The rooms were very surprising. While basic we really liked the decor as it was very warm, lots of wood and neutral colours, a mini fridge and mirrors on almost every wall which we loved.

We did not like the food. It was really disappointing. Even though we were warned, when we first arrived we still did not expect how bad it would be. The choice was limited to two isles which included salad, desserts, pasta and condiments. Each night there would be either two or three proteins served, such as pork, fish and aubergine. The food was also inconsistent so some nights it would be a slightly better quality then others the chips would be undercooked and soggy, the pizza moist and the salad looking like it had been hour for days. The only other qualm I had was that the pool was not heated, I know this is the case in a lot of places however considering this is a 4* hotel and the pool was brilliant, with slides and perches and a jacuzzi - which was also not heated - they were not getting utilized as they were simply too cold to bear.

REASONABLE BUDGET SAFE CLEAN WELL APPOINTED ACCOMODATION

Good value - basic catering but price reflected this - ideal base for a short break. We had a very large clean family room. The staff were nice - it was easy to walk into the town and stop at places on the way. The coffee was okay and there was always lots of fresh fruit and nice bread with really nice butter.

The food is not great but to be fair this is reflected int he pricing - it was perfectly fine for our requirements. The towels were a little on the small side for us as larger people but were lovely and clean.

I liked the location, easy to access the main area with a lovely walk along the coast and its also away from the hustle and bustle if you want just a nice relaxing time

My room 134, was next to and maintenance store which meant we were woken up early every mor ing during our stay. Food wasnt as good as when i went at new yeats

Cheap and Cheerful.

Pool was awesome The entertainment team were fantastic, they did such a great job on what looked like a very limited budget, very friendly :) Close to beach and town center with lots of bars and restaurants

Hotel is a little tired, but it is great value for money, its cheap and cheerful. The food isn't great, very repetitive, but for what you pay to stay here its not that bad. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room,

Staff friendly we stayed all inclusive the breakfast and lunch were fine dinner wasn’t great we ate out 4 out of 7 nights

Evening meal poor , no air-con distance from main centre was fine for us but might be challenging for some.

Need many changes.

Thé staff were very nice. Overall the lifeguard woman. Vanessa was the best. Always there with a beautiful smile. They 2 are the best.

The food. That was the worst thing of all the hotel. To be a 4 star I don’t give more of 2 star to the food. Dry, no taste. The only good thing I eat was De Pata asada. In the middle of the stay cocktails were removed. And in the pool dry sandwiches and always hot-dog. So I don’t give at all a 4 star. And for the money you pay it isn’t a good value. And with no restaurant à la cart. And the animation team 0 presence. No interaction with customers. Ocean only focused in the French people, but only in reception. The other French girl I only saw she twice. Ale very funny in the pool but that was all. Poor shows. They need more customers interaction. Vanessa was the only one who was there and try to bring customers to do activities.

Great balance between cost and quality!

For a mid priced all-inclusive destination, Costa Bastion Blue sea delivers exactly what you would really expect. The food is obviously not the best quality but a good range there and new batches keep coming in over the allotted meal times so it all must be fresh enough! The entertainment team were fantastic, really full of energy and they engaged with everybody - adults and kids all had great craic. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Beds were comfortable, rooms were absolutely grand.

The staff seemed ran off their feet, I noticed myself some staff there from morning to night. Would be nice for them to rotate a little more.

Nice pleasant stay.

Pricing for all inclusive was very reasonable. Restaurant timings was great. Onsite entertainment was fantastic. Location was very nice and not too crowded. Very good parking space.

Very less themes on dinner menu. Limited snacks on all inclusive. Rooms could do with some updating. More adult themed entertainment would be better.

It would have been better with a pool not being closed for painting works

The food was amazing and drinks, cocktails were lovely also rooms were very clean and comfortable. Slept really nice every night.

The pool was closed for painting works, and we were not aware of it until we arrived and saw it. Pool is the reason why we booked this property, and we were disappointed to find out that it is closed. Also, walking to the beach was really long because doors that were closer to the beach and a pool bar of the hotel were locked, and we had to walk all the way around the property that was time consuming.
