Cheap and Cheerful.

Pool was awesome The entertainment team were fantastic, they did such a great job on what looked like a very limited budget, very friendly :) Close to beach and town center with lots of bars and restaurants

Hotel is a little tired, but it is great value for money, its cheap and cheerful. The food isn't great, very repetitive, but for what you pay to stay here its not that bad. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room,

Staff friendly we stayed all inclusive the breakfast and lunch were fine dinner wasn’t great we ate out 4 out of 7 nights

Evening meal poor , no air-con distance from main centre was fine for us but might be challenging for some.

Need many changes.

Thé staff were very nice. Overall the lifeguard woman. Vanessa was the best. Always there with a beautiful smile. They 2 are the best.

The food. That was the worst thing of all the hotel. To be a 4 star I don’t give more of 2 star to the food. Dry, no taste. The only good thing I eat was De Pata asada. In the middle of the stay cocktails were removed. And in the pool dry sandwiches and always hot-dog. So I don’t give at all a 4 star. And for the money you pay it isn’t a good value. And with no restaurant à la cart. And the animation team 0 presence. No interaction with customers. Ocean only focused in the French people, but only in reception. The other French girl I only saw she twice. Ale very funny in the pool but that was all. Poor shows. They need more customers interaction. Vanessa was the only one who was there and try to bring customers to do activities.

Great balance between cost and quality!

For a mid priced all-inclusive destination, Costa Bastion Blue sea delivers exactly what you would really expect. The food is obviously not the best quality but a good range there and new batches keep coming in over the allotted meal times so it all must be fresh enough! The entertainment team were fantastic, really full of energy and they engaged with everybody - adults and kids all had great craic. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Beds were comfortable, rooms were absolutely grand.

The staff seemed ran off their feet, I noticed myself some staff there from morning to night. Would be nice for them to rotate a little more.

Pricing for all inclusive was very reasonable. Restaurant timings was great. Onsite entertainment was fantastic. Location was very nice and not too crowded. Very good parking space.

Very less themes on dinner menu. Limited snacks on all inclusive. Rooms could do with some updating. More adult themed entertainment would be better.

The food was amazing and drinks, cocktails were lovely also rooms were very clean and comfortable. Slept really nice every night.

The pool was closed for painting works, and we were not aware of it until we arrived and saw it. Pool is the reason why we booked this property, and we were disappointed to find out that it is closed. Also, walking to the beach was really long because doors that were closer to the beach and a pool bar of the hotel were locked, and we had to walk all the way around the property that was time consuming.

Cheap and cheerful break. This hotel is grand! Not the Ritz, so dont expect the Ritz...but absolutely fine for the deal we got. A wee bit of a walk to anywhere, but taxis readily available. Food ok (we didn't starve) All in all, it was grand

Enjoyable , relaxing short break

The staff were very accommodating and helpful except for the receptionist that eventually let us checkin. I had sent a special request to see if we could check in earlier as we would arrive at 11am, normal check in is 3pm. I had received a message to say they would look into this and make arrangements if possible however the receptionist would not acknowledge this communication or assist and went as far as brushing me off and picked up a card pointing to check in times even though she had a good command of English. When we needed towels for the room this same receptionist gave us the poolside towels to use inside of the hotel room ones. I did not react or make a fuss as I just needed a towel to dry ourselves with but it was a very rude and disrespectful gesture on her part.

The food choices and quality could have been better I ate plates of salad during my weeks stay didn’t go for breakfast after the first day and ate outside of hotel a couple of times too. The one member of staff as detailed above. I would have preferred the hotel to be nearer the centre but that is on me I should have checked location more but I hadn’t been to Lanzarote before so the map didn’t help me identify the main hub for costa teiguise. I feel the resort should provide handmade cocktails not the artificial ready made rubbish.

decent hotel

good choice of food, comfortable bed, hot water with decent pressure. very close to the bus stop. the staff was nice and friendly, the music by the pool is good too. Room was also clean.

the walls are very thin. I had neighbours being drunk and falling making a lot of noise and others speaking loudly at 6am on terrace which made it impossible to sleep at times. The cleaners also think shouting to one another at 8am is perfectly acceptable…Hard to get rest like this…( I may have just been unlucky as loads of older people stays there) the gin seems to feel a little watered down the cocktails aren’t great, they come from machine but they are exactly the same in every hotel there. you have to pay for water if you want to take bottle to the room.

Friendly staff across the resort, the hotel shop has very reasonable prices, I never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool throughout the visit.

The walk to the beach is around 20 minutes but isn't too bad if you're prepared for it, the food was good across the board but pasta for lunch and dinner was a bit repetitive and the milk for cereal isn't that cold. Could do with an extra pillow in the room also
